Boynton and the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy (CIDRAP) will post the latest developments on the avian flu.

Currently there have been cases of avian flu contracted by humans in different parts of the world. There have been no cases reported in the U.S.

Avian flu, at this point in time, is not infectious from humans to humans except in rare cases from close contact with one another.

Monthly Walk-in Health Screenings
Employee Benefits has partnered with Boynton Health Service to offer monthly walk-in Health Screenings for UPlan members from May to December 2008.
 

NEW! Summer Coverage
As of 2008 the health care coverage you receive at Boynton Health Service during spring semester will extend through the summer. This means you don't have to rush to make appointments in May before spring semester ends, or wait to schedule appointments in the fall.
 

Travel Inconveniences 4/16/08
Over the next few weeks, work on the 35W bridge will cause some travel
inconveniences for University area travel, in particular to and from
the West Bank Office Building (WBOB).

Walk-in TST clinics are held every other month for AHC Students.
 

Immunization Requirements
Registration holds are currently in effect for students who have not completed their immunization requirements. This will affect fall semester 2008 registration. AHC students have more rigorous immunization requirements.
