H1N1 and Seasonal Flu Vaccine
11/19/09 Update: We’re currently scheduling H1N1 vaccine appointments for eligible "high priority" students, staff, and faculty. These people are: pregnant women, people living with someone 6 months old or younger, and AHC students, staff and faculty with direct patient contact. As more vaccine becomes available we will update this website and send emails to the University community.

What to do if you have influenza like symptoms
Stay home, drink plenty of fluids, treat your fever with fever reducing medication, and get plenty of rest. Click the link above for more on what to do if you’re sick with influenza like symptoms.

Haven’t submitted your Student Immunization Form? Submit it online now!

Brief Medical Summary Form
Students with conditions that require some ongoing medical care such as allergies, asthma, diabetes etc. may complete a Brief Medical Summary Form. This information is then placed in the patient’s medical record for providers to access when the student needs to visit Boynton.

Monthly Walk-in Health Screenings
Employee Benefits has partnered with Boynton Health Service to offer monthly walk-in Health Screenings throughout 2009. May through December screenings will run from 8 - 11 a.m.

Monthly Walk-in TST Clinics
Walk-in TST clinics are offered monthly for AHC Students.
 
Bike Helmets, Bike Headlights, and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Available for purchase at the Boynton Health Service Pharmacy.
