About SHADE
Welcome to SHADE (Sexual Health Awareness and Disease Education). SHADE is a student organization that meets weekly with the SHADE student coordinators and Boynton staff.
  • SHADE conducts workshops on campus, sponsors activities and events, and offers a variety of volunteer opportunities.
     
  • SHADE members are trained to be sexual health resources for other students at the University and to promote all aspects of safer sex.

Fall 2008 Meeting Times
There will be no summer meetings.

Fall 2008 meeting schedule is now available. Meeting will take place in Room N101, Boynton Health Service. Pick the night that works best for you.
Days Time
Wednesdays, beginning September 10, 2008 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Thursdays, beginning September 11, 2008 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Join SHADE

Students can join SHADE at any time during the year. There are no requirements that students need to fulfill ie. past sexual health education or health advocate work. Send emails about membership to safersex@umn.edu or call 612-626-4086.
