Failed Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Failing two scheduled appointments in a row or three appointments within six months will result in a scheduling hold for Massage Appointments being placed on your account. This means you will not be able to schedule appointments with the Massage Therapy department. This hold can only be removed by presenting in person at the Boynton Health Service Patient Accounting Office (N325). All outstanding fail-fees must be paid at that time.
If you continue to fail appointments, termination of care will end the responsibility of the Boynton Health Service Massage Therapy Clinic to see you as a client. It will then be your responsibility to find another Massage Therapy Clinic with which to continue your care. If you sign a release of information, Boynton Health Service Massage Therapy Clinic will work with you to facilitate this transfer of care.
Boynton Health Service will be under no obligation to pay for any Massage Therapy care following termination from the Massage Therapy Clinic. It will be your sole responsibility to cover these expenses.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to your appointment, you will still be required to pay the full session fee regardless of how much time is left of your scheduled appointment.
