How
to download or save an electronic form into
your computer: |
| 1.
Point your mouse on the link "AHC Student
Immunization Form" or "AHC Immunization
Requirement Letter" and right-click on your mouse.
In the menu that pops up, choose "Save Target
As". |
| 2.
Then click on the Save button to save the document into
a directory that is familiar to you, in your computer.
(If you are using a public computer, save it to
Desktop). |
| 3.
Go to Windows Explorer by holding down Ctrl, Alt and
"E" keys all at once. A directory of files
will appear. Then look for the directory where you saved
your file. |
| 4.
Double-click on the file and the document should open up
in Adobe Acrobat Reader (provided that you have the
reader already installed in your computer). |
