|
Boynton’s Dental Clinic offers comprehensive
dental care including oral exams, teeth cleaning, x-rays,
fillings, crowns, bridges, dental implants, same day teeth
whitening, gum disease treatment, and extractions.
|

The clinic accepts many dental insurance plans
including the following U Plans offered to University of
Minnesota staff and faculty:
- HealthPartners Dental
- HealthPartners Dental Choice
- Delta Preferred Option/Delta Premier
- University Choice

Benefit to students |
The dental clinic offers a generous discount on initial and
follow-up exams and x-rays to students who have paid the
Student Services Fee
The amount of the discount varies depending on the extent of
x-rays that are required.
- For students who are part of the
Student Health Benefit
Plan, there is a 20% discount on most services.
Please ask the receptionist about the discount when you
make an appointment.

Our Providers |

Boynton’s professional staff consists of
licensed general dentists, oral surgeons, hygienists,
periodontist, and dental assistants. In addition to working
in Boynton’s dental clinic, many of the providers have
private practices or are on the faculty at the University of
Minnesota School of Dentistry. See the profiles of Boynton's

Fail/Late and Cancellation Policy |
As a patient in our clinic, it will be your responsibility to keep
scheduled appointments. The clinic will require notification of
cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or earlier
if possible. This can be done by calling our clinic at 612-624-9998
(phone answered 24 hours) or through this web site.
The clinic will consider a "failed appointment" at any time a
patient has not given the advanced notice required above or has
failed to arrive within 10 minutes of their appointment time. When a
patient fails two appointments in a 3-year period, the clinic will
no longer schedule appointments for that patient. |
