Nicotine Dependence Counseling

Quitting is difficult! Nicotine is the most addictive substance known. Let us help you succeed by providing you with the best tools.

Boynton Health Service offers nicotine dependence counseling. Boynton’s providers will discuss tailoring a quit plan to you, ways to identify triggers, and techniques to help you quit. Boynton also provides nicotine gum or patch (at no cost to students), medications as needed, follow-up care, and relapse prevention.

EX is a method of freeing yourself from addiction to tobacco. It was created as a collaborative effort between the American Legacy Foundation and the Mayo Clinic, specifically for people who are really ready to quit and are looking for a better way.
