Schedule a Stress Check In to discuss stressors in your life:
You'll meet one-on-one with a trained student volunteer to learn about stressors, stress management skills and strategies, and get connected with stress management resources.
Appointments are free, and last about 45 minutes.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, help is available. If you have significant mental health concerns, please make an appointment at Boynton's Mental Health Clinic or with Student Counseling Services.
At its bi-weekly meetings and at events around campus, de-stress promotes stress management and mental health awareness (e.g., sleep, roommate conflict, termination of personal relationships, stress management techniques as prevention).
