Graduate Assistant Health Benefit Plan
Boynton Health Service offers Graduate Assistant Health Insurance Plan to eligible Graduate Assistants at the University of Minnesota. To learn more about eligibility, benefits and other details about the plan, choose from the menu below.

Updates on Fall 2007 Coverage
If you are already enrolled in the Graduate Assistant Health Benefit Plan (GAIP) in
Fall 2007:
When you** register for classes for Fall 2007, through the University of Minnesota's Web registration system, you must complete an insurance waiver with the name of the insurance company and your policy number, so that you are not charged for the Student Health Benefit Plan.

Update your insurance information now

The following will be required when filling updating your insurance information.

Name of the insurance company: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota
Policy number is your student ID number
Insurance company telephone number: 651-662-5004
