• In order for your summer office visits at UMD Health Services to be covered at 100%, you must be paying the Student Services Fee during summer term. (All students who take 3 or more eligible credits during summer term pay the Student Services Fee.) 

• During summer term, most services provided at UMD Health Services will be covered only at 80%. You will be responsible for the remaining 20% of the cost of covered services.

*Eligible credits are credits registered for that contribute towards the total count under the enrollment guidelines for being assessed mandatory Student Service Fees and also require proof of health insurance or result in a charge for the Student Health Benefit Plan.
