Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates banner

Boynton offers free yoga, tai chi, and Pilates classes throughout the school year. Classes focus on stress management. Beginners are welcome. Classes are no charge to students, faculty, and staff.

Registration is not required. Space is available on a first-come first-served basis, so participants are encouraged to arrive five minutes early. Yoga classes are limited to 25 people.

Yoga or exercise mats are required for Pilates. Mats are recommended for yoga, but not required. Low-cost yoga mats are available for purchase in Boynton's pharmacy.

Classes are not held on University holidays or breaks, or during the summer.

East Bank Clinic

Classes in yoga, tai chi, and Pilates will be held in Boynton Health Service, 410 Church Street S.E., in Room W120, except where noted below.

St. Paul Campus

The following class will be held in the Learning and Environmental Sciences Building (formerly Vo-Tech Building), 1954 Buford Ave., in Room R380-Learning Center.

Thursday, Noon–1 p.m. (first class is Sept. 25)
