Boynton and the University of Minnesota Wellness Program offer individual and group health coaching. Health coaching will help you create goals for improved wellness while providing accountability and support for achieving those goals. Individual appointments are 30 minutes and group coaching sessions are 50 minutes.

Weight control, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and meal planning are just a few topics that fall into the nutrition coach's area of expertise. These sessions can help health coaching participants establish goals as well as provide accountability and support for reaching and maintaining those goals.
The physical activity health coach is also a physical therapist who can help you create a physical activity goal, translate that into an action plan and introduce you to exercises and activities that can help you meet and maintain your goals.

Group health coaching helps participants explore their personal goals while finding support and shared experiences with other members. Participants will create and commit action plans to achieve their goals. Sessions are limited to 12 people per session.
All sessions are held from 11:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. at Boynton’s East Bank clinic.
