Boynton Health Service and the University of Minnesota Wellness Program are pleased to offer one-on-one, in-person face-to-face health coaching at our East Bank and St. Paul clinics to all UPlan members—at no cost to you! You can meet with a health coach up to six times. All appointments are 30 minutes.
If you meet with a health coach three times before August 31, you may be eligible to receive 200 wellness points for the University Wellness Program. Appointments must be spaced one month apart.
Note: Points trigger after your third visit. However, the program is designed for six visits over six months. Once you have earned your points, please allow four to six weeks for your points to appear in StayWell Online.
Weight control, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol are just a few topics that fall into the nutrition coach's area of expertise. These sessions focus on assessment, establishing goals, and helping you attain your goals.
There are numerous benefits of physical activity. The physical activity health coach is a physical therapist who can help you create a plan and introduce you to exercises and activities that will help you meet your goals.
