Boynton’s eye clinic provides eye exams, eye injury and disease treatment, and contact lens fitting and follow-up care.
Most students who pay the Student Services Fee receive one eye exam per year at no cost after the bill has been sent to insurance (excludes exam for contact lenses). See Health Care Coverage page for coverage details.
To schedule an appointment, call the Eye Clinic at (612) 624-2134. If you'd like, you may view the next available appointment at the Eye Clinic online. Sorry, we do not offer online appointment scheduling at this time.
No appointment is needed to see an optician to order eyeglasses. Just bring your current prescription to the eye clinic and select from a wide variety of designer frames, available at 20-40% off suggested retail prices. For more info, call the Frame Shop at 612-624-2107.
Most contact lens order will be ready for pick-up in 2 working days. Custom lenses may take longer. Shipping is free with a year-order of the same brand.

Boynton Health Service Eye Clinic will be closed on Thursday, May 23 for eyeglass and contact lens order pick-ups. We will resume regular business hours on Friday, May 24.
In honor of Memorial Day, Boynton Health Service will be closed on Monday, May 27.
