The Boynton Health Service Dental Clinic provides comprehensive dental care for University students, staff, faculty. Our staff consists of licensed general dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, endodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.
According to a 2003 Boynton Health Service Patient Satisfaction Survey, 99.5 percent of our patients would recommend the health professional they saw to their family or friends.
When it comes to quality service, the Boynton Health Service Dental Clinic maintains high standards. Dental services provided by our staff include:

Health Service.
The Boynton Health Service Dental Clinic provides services for patients with
many different dental insurance plans. If you have dental insurance, the clinic
staff will directly bill your insurance company. The balance due after the insurance
payment is your responsibility.
The Boynton Health Service Dental Clinic does not receive funding from the
University or the Student Services Fee; therefore, patients are responsible for
the charges incurred. Payment or payment arrangements are expected at the
time of service.
The Boynton Health Service Dental Clinic offers a generous discount on initial and follow-up exams and x-rays to students who have paid the Student Services Fee. The amount of the discount varies depending on the extent of the x-rays that are required. Ask the receptionist about the discount when you make your appointment.
The Boynton Health Service Dental Clinic requires notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. (612) 624-9998
An appointment is considered “failed” any time a patient has not given at least 24 hours advance notice or has not arrived within ten minutes of their appointment time. The Dental Clinic will no longer schedule appointments for patients failing two appointments in a 3-year period.

Boynton Health Service will have reduced services on Thursday, May 23 due to an important staff meeting. Most of the clinics will be closed.
What’s open: Dental Clinic, Patient Accounting, Pharmacy, Public Health and Communications, Lab, Student Insurance, and Urgent Care.
In honor of Memorial Day, Boynton Health Service will be closed on Monday, May 27.

If you would like to authorize another person to have access to your Dental Clinic medical records, please complete this form and turn it in to the Dental Clinic check-in-desk.
The Boynton Dental Clinic has instituted a new online communication system through DemandForce as part of its new Electronic Dental Records system Dentrix. By using DemandForce, dental patients can receive e-mail appointment reminders and confirm appointments via text message.
Patients should be receiving a Welcome e-mail from boyntondentalclinic@demandforced3.com announcing this new feature. When you receive the email, just click on the "Update Preferences" button to opt into the program.
