Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates
for Stress Management -

Yoga and pilates will be held on 11/25.
Boynton offers free Tai Chi, Yoga,
and Pilates classes throughout the school year.
Classes are focused on stress management rather than
physical fitness. Beginners are welcome.
No
pre-registration is required. Yoga classes are
limited to 25 people. Space is available on a
first-come first-served basis, so participants are
encouraged to arrive five minutes early.
What to Bring Please bring the following to class:
U Card (or other current form of
identification)
Yoga/exercise mats required for
Pilates; optional for yoga.
Mats are available for purchase in Boynton's
pharmacy for $14.95+tax.
Location Comfort Zone classes are held at Boynton Health
Service located directly behind Coffman Memorial
Union.
