Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates for Stress Management -
Comfort Zone

Update 11/18 pilates class cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Yoga and pilates will be held on 11/25.

Boynton offers free Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates classes throughout the school year. Classes are focused on stress management rather than physical fitness. Beginners are welcome.
No pre-registration is required. Yoga classes are limited to 25 people. Space is available on a first-come first-served basis, so participants are encouraged to arrive five minutes early.

What to Bring
Please bring the following to class:

  • U Card (or other current form of identification)

  • Yoga/exercise mats required for Pilates; optional for yoga.
    Mats are available for purchase in Boynton's pharmacy for $14.95+tax.

Location
Comfort Zone classes are held at Boynton Health Service located directly behind Coffman Memorial Union.

Classes are offered to students, staff and faculty at no charge. Registration is not required.
