Workgroups
Each SHAC member is assigned to a permanent workgroup that meets on an as-needed basis to address a variety of issues. Workgroups address policy review (such as service hours, insurance coverage, and BHS protocol); consumer satisfaction (such as urgent care availability, the quality and scope of services, copayments, and prescription drug availability); and programs (such as campus safety audits and bicycle safety).

Forums
Each year members of SHAC and Boynton's administration meet with each of the groups that has a permanent seat on SHAC. These forums are an important opportunity for students to bring up issues to Boynton staff and for Boynton staff to seek out student opinions about targeted issues.

Meeting Minutes
SHAC meets at Boynton Health Service on the first and third Thursdays of each month from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Meeting minutes are presented in Word document.
